Yes, I have had to do that as well. I have the want to read the book, but something about the book just doesn’t grab me. And ironically I have had difficulty in getting into those two same books. Have a great week.

I’m kinda mean to myself in this way. I force myself to slog through a horrible book so that it won’t beat me. lol But I’ve heard that book is super tough to get into and if you can fight your way through the first part, it’s awesome. I haven’t tried yet.

I tried reading that book too & totally didn’t get to Chapter 3. That’s one that I won’t mind seeing the movie without reading the book.

I have trouble with strange names part of why I don’t read Science Fiction often. I have also tried reading the Girl with the Dragon Tatoo but only get a couple pages in.

Honestly, as wonderful as the books were, if you want to watch the movies, they cover almost everything that happens in the books!

Making lists sometimes helps. I haven’t lost my job, mainly because I would probably have to commit murder for that to happen. But yes, I misplace things. My big thing is to just totally forget really important things that I was specifically asked to do. Until someone realizes that I forgot and points it out, it’s like the original conversation might as well have never happened. I just end up looking incredibly stupid. I have no clue about homeopathic remedies, but I’m sure there’s got to be something out there…
