Using Promtional Products to Promote Your Blog

I find myself getting into conversations with strangers about how I review books and you know, the question sometimes comes up – “Do you have a business card?” Well – uh – not for my blog. But is business card the way to go? What about offering someone a pen? (Who doesn’t need a pen?!)

There are many sites out there that offer promotional printing for your business but – to go with who? I was checking out Amsterdam Printing and they offer a variety of promotional products including a variety of professional quality pens for customization in multitudes of styles and colors. The pens I am showing to the right is called the Inspire Pen, and right now they have a sale going for $1.29 a pen (whether you get 50 or 2,000!)

It looks like this company has a good turn around time. 7-10 business days seems pretty reasonable. I’ve waited weeks for customized products before, and that is not something I want to go through again because I am so impatient. One product I found that seems like it could be really helpful with the book blogger are the customizable paper bookmark with tassels. How helpful would that be? I am always using scrap paper or (gasp) dog earring my books. It would be nice if a company or business offered me a bookmark.

There specials page is full of good deals, too. I will have to try them out when I scrounge up a few bucks after the holidays!
